Designed with your convenience in mind, our purpose-built facility has a generous car park.
We welcome patients of all abilities. If you are disabled or are unable to visit our surgery, please call us and we will do our best to help.
Feedback and complaints
We aim to make your treatment as pleasant as possible every time you visit us. However, if you feel you have not been treated as you would have liked, or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our practice, we want to know. It is only through hearing from you that we can help and improve our service.
Please mention your concerns in the first instance to your dentist. The Lion Dental Centre operates an in-house complaints procedure for that adheres to nationally agreed criteria. We aim to respond to verbal complaints within 24 hours and written ones within three working days.
If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, our patients can contact The Dental Complaints organisation. Their website can be found at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk and here you will find an online form to complete.
We understand the pain that toothache can cause. Whenever possible, please contact us about your dental emergency during our practice hours. If you need to be seen for an emergency appointment please contact us as early as possible that day. We endeavour to prioritise plan patients and will do our best to see you as soon as we can but in order to do so we must be given as much warning as possible.
In the case of an emergency that is out of hours, please call 01384 376336 and listen to the answer phone message, which will explain what to do. Plan patients have access to 24 hour emergency advice on the mobile number provided when joined to the plan.
